Delivery & Returns

Here at Lil-Lets, we highly value our customers. For any delivery and returns queries, please view below.

 

Delivery 

Free standard delivery – 48 hours via Courier  

Please note: Non-mainland UK shipments may take slightly longer than 48 hours.  

Orders must be placed by 4pm. Orders placed after 4pm will be processed the following day and will be delivered within 24 or 48 hours from that time.  

Please note that due to the coronavirus pandemic, there may be slight delays with your delivery. We are doing all we can to work with our delivery partners to ensure your order is not affected.  

Unfortunately, we only currently offer UK delivery and can’t deliver Internationally.

Returns 

If you need to return your order you can do this by following this link Return your item(s) (returns.international).

  1. Click on the link to open up the returns form.
  2. Complete the form including the reason for returning (note: you will need your order number which can be found on your order confirmation email).
  3. Print off the returns label.
  4. Package up your product and stick the returns label to the front. 
  5. Take your parcel to your nearest Post office or Hermes parcel drop off point.

You can return your product and get a full refund within 30 days of placing your order. Returns are free if the product is faulty or damaged. If you ordered by mistake or have simply changed your mind you can still return your products, however you will have to pay for the cost of the return. Whatever the reason for return you will still need to complete the online form following the link above. Please do not send returns to the Lil-Lets office address. 

We will process your refund within 30 days of receiving your return.  

For hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refunds on menstrual cups or reusable applicators if the seal has been broken or is no longer in place. If there is an fault with either of these products this does not apply and a full refund will be given.
