If you need to return your order you can do this by following this link Return your item(s) (returns.international).
You can return your product and get a full refund within 30 days of placing your order. Returns are free if the product is faulty or damaged. If you ordered by mistake or have simply changed your mind you can still return your products, however you will have to pay for the cost of the return. Whatever the reason for return you will still need to complete the online form following the link above. Please do not send returns to the Lil-Lets office address.
We will process your refund within 30 days of receiving your return.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refunds on menstrual cups or reusable applicators if the seal has been broken or is no longer in place. If there is an fault with either of these products this does not apply and a full refund will be given.

Where is my order?
There are a few different places your order could be, including our warehouse, awaiting dispatch, with the courier, on its way with the courier, or even delivered. If you’ve got a dispatch email then the great news is that it’s on it’s way to you. If you haven’t got a dispatch email (don’t forget to check your junk folder) then your order is still being processed and is waiting to leave our warehouse. You can check the status of your delivery by logging into your Account and selecting Order History.
If you need help tracking your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, date placed, and delivery option selected. We will aim to respond to you within 48 hours.
What happens if I miss my parcel delivery?
If you're not available to take delivery of your parcel, our delivery partner will leave a calling card advising if your parcel has been delivered to a safe location, left with a neighbour or how you can arrange collection. Please note that Lil-Lets cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier.
Can I have my parcel redirected to a different address?
Unfortunately, once your order is placed we cannot amend the delivery address but if you’re not going to be there when delivery is attempted, our delivery partner will leave a calling card advising if your parcel has been delivered to a safe location, left with a neighbour or how you can arrange collection.
Can I exchange instead of a refund?
Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchanges. Simply return your item(s) and reorder for a replacement. Your refund will be processed once we've received your unwanted items.
Can I return different orders in one parcel?
Please keep your orders separate. Returning more than one order in one parcel could delay your refund.
I don't have the original packaging, can I return?
Yes, just pop your items in something sealable, waterproof and non-see-through.
